This Father’s Day, spoil your dad with an array of sumptuous, timeless Cantonese delicacies paired with a selection of exceptional whiskies at Michelin-recommended PIIN Wine Restaurant.

Pairings include dome of drunken chicken paired with Akashi White Oak Blended Whisky; braised garoupa with bean curd skin paired with Chichibu Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve; and "PIIN" stir-fry delicacy paired with Hibiki Japanese Harmony.

The six-course dinner menu is priced at $780 per person, with the whisky pairing an additional $680 per person. Prices are subject to a 10% service charge. Dishes include braised pork belly with preserved vegetables, which is a great match with Yamazakura - Asaka Distillery Newborn Single Cask #17701.
