Available from 12 to 21 June, Chef Tam’s specially curated nine-course Father’s Day Menu (HK$3,280 for 4 persons/ HK$4800 for 6 persons)* comes with mouthwatering appetizers including the renowned restaurant’s signature Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork and Roasted Crispy Pork Belly while mains include the luxurious Braised Whole South African Abalone (10 heads) with Goose Web, delicate Steamed Leopard Coral Garoupa and flavour-packed Braised Bird’s Nest Soup with Lobster. End the night with a contemporary take on classic Chinese desserts featuring Double-boiled Papaya, Puff Pastry with Lotus Seed and Chilled Mango Glutinous Rolls.
