UPDATE: It has just been announced that there will be around 200 tickets on sale at the door for every outdoor movie showing at $80 per head – even if the events are now marked as sold out. So grab your blanket and get down there early to claim a spot!

Fish and chips, pints of beer, and a game or two of croquet – Tamar Park is getting a quintessentially British makeover with the arrival of the annual Best of British Cultural Festival. In addition to delicious food, British brands, and outdoor showings of classic British movies, you will find the best crumpets this city has ever tasted.  Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair

Travel the world in a wine glass this weekend in the company of over 1,000 exhibitors from all corners of the world, as they gather at the Convention Centre for the annual Wine and Spirits Fair. This year Slovenia’s premium wine is the star of the show – in addition to master classes, ice bar cocktail demonstrations, and plenty of tasting sessions. Cheers!

Regal Hotels Cup of Nations

Tackles, tries, and touchdown – it’s all happening this Friday with the return of the Regal Hotels Cup of Nations. Defending champions Russia will kick off the action as they take on Zimbabwe, followed by home team Hong Kong against Papau New Guinea. Discovery Bay 10km Run for Charity

Running season is in full swing, with the annual Discovery Bay 10km Run for Charity scheduled to take place this weekend. As the event enters its 12th year, a new route has been introduced, touring the Northern Discovery Bay area. All funds will be donated to The Hub HK, a children and youth centre in Sham Shui Po, and the deadline for registration is November 10. Ready, set, go!
