Techbob Academy

This summer, give your little ones an exceptional learning platform at Techbob Academy, where they can learn all about Robotics, Coding, Engineering, Architecture, and a whole lot more while having heaps of fun. Available for children between the ages of 3 to 18, each course has been designed to have a hands-on approach in order to fully nurture your little innovators. Best of all, there will be a Game Coding Competition at the end of the summer camp for kids to showcase their creative talents with other students from all over Hong Kong. It’s game on!

Creative Coding

Designed for children aged 5 to 14, Creative Coding has a whole range of summer camps to help your children better understand all things digital. Offering three different camps that cover the subjects of Coding and Design, Digital Arts, and Gaming, the camp will have them creating their very own technological creations in no time. They are available at nine different centres across town, so you know you’re never far from one (check below to find the closest).

Ark Eden on Lantau

Summer is all about getting outdoors, and what better way to do so than playing, exploring, and learning at the Ark Eden Summer Eco Camp? Offering a different themed adventure every day, your mini explorers will be challenged to find hidden treasures, cook tribal feasts, or even fight off a zombie or two! Come rain or shine, Ark Eden welcomes children from ages 5 to 11 to come and connect with nature, develop basic outdoor skills, and most importantly, have fun!

When: June 25 – August 17

Treasure Island Group

Let your little ones ride out the waves at the Treasure Island Group’s Surf & Adventure Camp this summer, and truly take advantage of the hot summer months on beautiful Pui O Beach. With three different camps available for children between the ages of 5 to 16, young surfers will get to experience the exciting outdoors through various water-based activities such as beach games, arts and crafts, kayaking, and hiking during its week-long camp.

HK Kidz Education Centre

As part of the famed Hong Kong Institute of Languages, the HK Kidz Education Centre offers Language & Activity Summer Camps for children aged 2 to 12. With huge flexibility in their camp schedule, your little ones will get to explore and experience everything from creative writing, to learning all about robotics. Available in English, French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, and Japanese, the camps are the perfect opportunity for children to ease into a new language without feeling the pressure.

RYZE Trampoline Park

The RYZE summer camp is the perfect place for your little monkeys to run, jump, flip, and fly through the air. Open to kids aged between 5 and 12, the professional camp counselors at RYZE will lead them through a series of team building activities, friendly dodgeball competitions, and of course, ninja training! Each camper will receive a camp T-shirt, daily craft projects to take home, and a delicious pizza party on the last day of camp.

Rumple and Friends

This summer, Rumple the Clown and his pals want to play! Undoubtedly one of the most exciting summer camps in the city, there are four exciting courses to choose from including their signature Magic and Circus course that will have your children completely spellbound as they learn how to perform fun magic and circus tricks, and take home their very own magic kit. There will also be a showcase at the end of each course so parents can see what their little clowns have been up to all week. One thing’s for sure, they’ll have plenty of tricks up their sleeves.

Faust International Youth Theatre

If your kid loves nothing more than stepping into the spotlight, then the Faust International Youth Theatre’s summer programmes will be their perfect match. Running a week-long Summer Theatre drama workshop for children aged 3 to 14, your little star or starlet will be able to develop self confidence and refine their drama skills, as they step into the exciting world of theatre. A week-long Creative Writing workshop will also be available for kids aged 6 to 13, and is perfect for unlocking your young writer’s creative potential.

Colour My World

It’s time to get those creative juices flowing at Colour My World! Catering to a diverse range of talents, there’s plenty to keep kids entertained and inspired, from the ever-popular Art & Drama ActOUT! camp for artistic thespians aged 4 to 12, to the Art in Practice workshop offering teens specialised classes in Digital Media and Photoshop. Twinkle Dance Company

This summer, the popular ballet school Twinkle Dance Company is offering a dizzying array of options across every age group, from 18 months to 10 years. Workshops include a colourful Barbie & Unicorn Ballet workshop, a Cinema Favourites Jazz workshop, and a summer workshop for children with special needs. This year, the folks at Twinkle Dance are really going all out, inviting all of their summer programme students aged 6 years and upwards to dance along with Sleeping Beauty at the Disneyland parade. Now how’s that for magic!

Complete Deelite

Complete Deelite have cooked up some tasty workshops this summer. Dividing each week to focus on baking or decorating, children between the ages of 7 and 14 will have the choice of whipping up everything from Galaxy Ball cakes and delicious fruit tarts, to learning all about bread art and fondant toppers. And you don’t have to just stick with one thing either, as there’s the option to mix and match from their full summer camp schedule. Mini chefs are sure in for a (sweet) treat!
