Life in Hong Kong can be hectic, at the best of times. From long hours at work to the commuter crush that ensues at the start and end of every day, it’s important to set aside a moment of quiet to keep yourself calm. We know that can be easier said than done, so finding a sanctuary space can be a welcome respite. If you find yourself in need, these are the best meditation studios to take in a mindful moment, or two.
