Domestic helpers are invited to venture outdoors for a FREE yoga class with certified yoga teacher Sarah Clare Lawrence as she empowers you to move, breathe, flow, smile, and create space in your life for health and happiness. This class is suitable for all levels (complete beginners are welcome). Bring your own mat/towel and water. Washrooms available in Cyberport Mall.
