Watch Russell Peters Live in Macau

By Sponsored content 12 February 2016
Note: the competition to win tickets has closed and we are in the process of notifying winners.  Chances are, if you have ever watched a Russell Peters skit, live or on YouTube, he has easily gotten a laugh out of you. Now he is set to win over the audience with his razor-sharp wit and gift for improv as he brings his Almost Famous 2016 World Tour to the Studio City Event Center. So what can we expect? "Some guys go on stage with a script and don’t deviate from it. That’s not my style," he says. "I have a set and know what I want to cover; I just use the audience to move me in certain directions. It’s very collaborative and each show is unique.” Russell Peters Almost Famous 2016 World Tour- Macau Peters' unique and fiery style has earned him an impressive sell-out record in the duration of his career. He was the first South Asian to sell our Harlem’s Apollo Theatre, the first comedian to sell out Brooklyn Barclay’s Arena, and is the first funny man to sell out Toronto’s Air Canada Centre six times. The man has no intention of stopping as he prepares to take on Macau. “After touring around the globe, I’m excited to be performing at The Studio City Event Center," he says. "It looks like a perfect setting for my style – to get up close and personal with the audience." The Studio City Event Center has seen the likes of Asia’s king of dance, Aaron Kwok, Andy Hui, and will soon feature the Queen of Pop, Madonna, but this is the first comedic performance in the venue's history.   [box type="shadow" align="alignright" class="" width=""] Tickets are now on sale!
