10 Bars to Catch the UEFA Euro 2016

It's been a long four years, but the UEFA Euro Championship is finally back for an entire month of free kicks, hat tricks, and nail-biting penalty shoot outs. Twenty four teams are set to take over ten French cities to battle in out on the pitch in a bid to knock two-time defending champions Spain off the top spot. Despite the tricky time difference, which means that several matches will air during the early hours (grab that night time coffee), there are plenty of venues which will screen a selection of live and replayed matches. So dig out your football shirt and head to one of these prime spots.

1. Rúla Búla

Taking the Euro Championship celebrations to the next level is longstanding LKF hangout, Rúla Búla. In addition to showing all of the games live on big screens around the bar, there will be a cocktail of special drinks deals during each match. Plus, fans donning their nation's colours will be treated to a free tipple or two. The fun kicks off on June 13 at 9pm when Spain take on the Czech Republic in the freshly renovated bar. Later on in the tournament, the Rúla Búla team will be firing up the BBQ to keep all supporters fed and watered during the final matches. 2. Bar 109

At the very heart of Wan Chai's infamous party street, Bar 109 continues to draw in sports fans with its lively atmosphere, big screen, and crazy drink deals. All the action will be streamed live so you can watch every pass, witness every tackle, and celebrate every goal. 4. Delaneys Kowloon

One of Hong Kong's most treasured hang outs, our city's original Irish bar, is an obvious choice when it comes to watching the games. Delaneys Kowloon will be screening all matches live from June 10, with daily kick offs at 3am, 9am, 12 midnight, or 9pm.  10. The DogHouse

A few doors down from Bar 109, in the heart of Wan Chai's drinking area, is the self-proclaimed "home for live sports", The DogHouse.
