Flex Studio Family Yoga Festival

In celebration of its 10th anniversary fitness company Flex Studio is hosting a free yoga family festival, with a range of classes and performances, slacklining workshops, yoga, zumba, dance and art, alongside a market with more than 30 health related stalls offering food and drink, activewear, accessories, and homeware. All proceeds go to the Adventist Hospital Foundation, which offers medical help to those who are in need of urgent care but don’t have financial resources. Entry is free but slacklining, slackro, and acro-yoga classes cost $290 for 90 minutes, while adult yoga classes cot $100, and children’s classes and workshops are $50). Make sure to

Hong Kong's largest free yoga and wellness festival arrives on our doorstep this Saturday, bringing a schedule designed to get us sweating out those toxins. Choose from a series of eight yoga classes throughout the day, led by various instructors from studios around Hong Kong, which cater to all levels of experience. Browse the stalls and snag some goodies such as pressed juices, energy drinks, fashion and swimwear, and beauty and cosmetics. The festival is hosted by event company Hybrid Group, French skincare brand Biotherm, and ClassCruiser, so you can expect lots of free treats including male and female beauty kits and gift bags. Entry is free, but make sure you register beforehand, and bring your own mat.

Hong Kong Beach Festival

The hottest new event before the festive season hits our shores this weekend to bring you sun, sea, sand, and plenty of sweat! Jointly organised by Hong Kong Beach Water Polo Association, Hong Kong Dodgeball Association, and Crossfit852, the festival will feature different water and land sports, including The Pulse International Hong Kong Beach Water Polo Tournament, Hong Kong Dodgeball Association Beach Tournament, and Crossfit852 Beach Day. With live music and a BBQ keeping guests filled up all day, this promises to be a fun day at sea for all to enjoy. A detailed schedule will be posted shortly, so

Arts in the Park Mardi Gras

Enjoy a two-day fiesta featuring a thematic parade with giant puppets, youth performances, and art stalls. Returning for the 15th year, this annual youth arts festival features the work of more than 3,500 young people and artists who will come together to present imaginative pieces of performance and visual art. Themed "Seeing is Believing", the festival is expected to attract thousands of young artists and families, with an exhilarating night parade taking place in Causeway Bay, featuring lanterns and giant lit artworks illuminating the night sky.

Running To Stop The Traffik 24 Hour Race

Watch over 650 students from
24 different local and international schools take over The Peak this Saturday as they race against the clock to raise funds to fight modern-day slavery in Hong Kong and Cambodia. Returning for the sixth year, the race challenges teams to complete laps of the 3.2 km course as many times as they can in
24 hours, on a mission to raise $3.5 million for Justice Centre and Chab Dai. Cheer them on, get

Around the Island Race 2015

Hong Kong's largest sailing event returns this Sunday with more than 200 boats and canoes battling it out over the 26nm course, wind permitting. Prizes will be awarded to each division, with a prize-giving ceremony taking place at the Flint Bar & Grill, JW Marriott Hotel, Pacific Place on November 16 at 7.30pm. Registration is now closed, but all are welcome to come along and catch the action on the big day. Check below for the best vantage points to catch all the action!
