August 30th 2013 Learn how to keep calm and carry on by relaxing your mind with some spiritual treats this September. Embark on your own inner journey and see how stress-free and serene you can become. Mind over Matter (September 3rd) Get away from it all and enlighten yourself through teachings on emptiness. Kadampa Meditation Centre’s six-day 'The Union of Two Truths' retreat runs from September 13th to 18th at the Kadoorie Agricultural Research Centre in Yuen Long.  
  Yoga for the Soul A perfect marriage of mind and movement, yoga is a great way to achieve balance in your life. Raju’s one-on-one private couching sessions at the Yogi and I Fitness and Relaxation Centre will give you the undivided attention and push you need to improve.  
  Buddhist Teachings (September 6th, September 27th) Buddhism teaches practitioners to find solutions to everyday problems by following a clear and structured path. Learn how to seamlessly integrate Buddha’s Sutra and Tantra principles into your daily life at Kadampa Meditation Centre’s in-depth drop-in meditation classes on September 6th and 27th.  
  Heal at Home (September 14th) Doctor your own aliments by learning a few self-healing tips with Christine at Shakti Healing Circle. Her basic craniosacral techniques will help to relieve pain and promote utmost relaxation.  
  Baby Buddha (September 8th) Introduce your little ones to Buddha’s teachings at the September edition of Dharma for Kids. Held at Kadampa Meditation Centre, the class, which runs from 10.30am to 12pm, will include a varied range of activities for kids, including guided meditation, storytelling, artwork and discussions.  
  Intoxicating Detox (September 19th to September 23rd) Whether you’ve had a particularly unhealthy period or are just looking for a clean sweep, flush out all the toxins and rejuvenate at a tropical detox retreat.
