Did you catch our fiery friend in action this weekend?
Localiiz fan @kimberleyfun
certainly did! Thanks for this magical snap.
The Tai Hang Fire Dragon, a Mid-Autumn Festival tradition for 136 years, is made up of 70,000 lit incense sticks. Watching these performers light the incense and assemble the dragon was almost more impressive than the dragon's dance itself!
On a semi-unrelated note - have you spotted the moon this weekend? She is so round, so big, so bright. I stood mesmerised watching her for about ten minutes on my way home earlier. Hope everyone had a great Mid-Autumn with their loved ones!
