Chicago local and professional photographer Mike Fan snapped this ominous photograph of a soggy side street in Central on his last trip to Hong Kong. Reminded of old Hong Kong movies, Fan couldn’t resist the opportunity to capture the moody lighting cast on the quietest and emptiest street he’s seen in Central.
