Nine Hong Kong restaurants were named among Asia’s top 50 at an awards ceremony last night, with two making the top 10. The annual ranking, created by The Diners Club Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, gave top honours to Gaggan, an Indian restaurant in Bangkok.
Representing Hong Kong in order are Amber (6), 8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana (8), Fook Lam Moon (15), L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon (17), Lung King Heen (20), Tenku Ryugin (24), Bo Innovation (28), The Chairman (35), and Caprice (42).
