Located in the heart of Central, HIT45 is an indoor bootcamp studio offering high-intensity training and workouts designed to have you working up a sweat without eating too far into your precious time. Lunchtime Unlimited packages are priced at $1,900, but if you’re not quite ready to go in all guns blazing just yet, single sessions can be purchased for $295. First-time visitors are entitled to a free trial.
