Dance to the beat of your own mix at the city's fourth silent dance party disco this Saturday night. Thrown in dozens of cities around the world, the Global Float invites you to
download an epic 90-minute mix, meet up on the night, put on your headphones, all press play at the same time, and dance around the city together.
Now how could you resist joining a party which is hailed as "an amazing, synchronous, goofy, loud-on-the-inside, silent-on-the-outside, hour-and-a-half of joy"?
The Float welcomes everyone of all ages, but there are a few ground rules: Have fun while keeping a cool head. Cross streets carefully. Encourage respect between the other dancers. If you choose to drink, use common sense.
Well, it's certainly one way to get your weekly workout!
