From Concrete to Skyscraper - Hong Kong's Iconic Buildings from Construction to Completion

By Localiiz 12 June 2014
June 16th 2014 Taking our cue from fellow Hong Kong lovin' website Hong Wrong's recent post, How Hong Kong Was Made: Iconic Buildings Under Construction, we've been inspired to hunt around in the dustiest corners of the internet to find pictures of iconic Hong Kong buildings in their infancy. Ah, weren't they precious! To really appreciate how far they've come however, we present our series of side-by-side Before and After snaps, showing our treasured gems from construction to completion. Like the ugly pre-school ducklings that blossomed into prom queens, they were just waiting for their time to shine. Click through to see them all!   Chek Lap Kok Airport
