Kick start your weekend with a blissful session of FREE yoga in beautiful Tamar Park. Led by certified yoga teacher Serene Siam, the practice promises to leave you in a state of bliss, after helping you reconnect with your mind and body and gain a strong sense of community spirit. The session is completely free and is suitable for all levels (complete beginners are welcome).
Bring your own mat/towel and water.
