The monthly Freespace event returns this Sunday to bring us a musical extravaganza featuring the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil). Enjoy an afternoon of classic, jazz, and musical pieces as the brass ensemble entertains you in beautiful Nursery Park.
Mellow on the lawn to acoustic performances by local indie bands EighteenTwentytwo, Merry go-round, Blaster, and Cow Head. With a special "Ukulele Surprise" thrown into the action-packed schedule, plus six of Luke Jerram’s Play Me I’m Yours street pianos, this promises to be a delightful day for all music lovers.
Keep your eyes peeled for Mr. Funny, who will be providing family fun around the park, and don't miss your chance to pick up some locally hand-made goodies at the craft market, or put your creative skills to the test at the DIY henna design and flower lightbox workshops.
When: November 8, (2 - 7pm)
Where: Nursery Park, West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade
How much: Free
