Catch some of Hong Kong's hottest street artists and entertainers at this first in a series of free outdoor performing arts events that will run monthly until March 2016.
Building on the success of the annual Freespace Fest, each event will take place on the second Sunday of every month at the newly opened Nursery Park in West Kowloon with the aim of showcasing the city's young urban talent to a wider public audience.
The debut event kicks off with
the Nike City Jam skateboarding competition featuring star skaters from across the region, live performances by local indie favourites Chochukmo, Evocation HK, King Ly Chee, Kolor and ToNick, and breath-taking freestyle football performances. Shopaholics can also enjoy browsing the handicraft market featuring goodies from top local designers, and feasting from the food stalls.
What better excuse to get out into the summer sunshine and soak up that stunning waterfront view?
