Calling all HK Mums – Boost your Health & Your Social Life

October 23rd 2013 It's Breast Cancer Awareness month, a time when women are encouraged to really think about their health and wellness. In a bid to give hardworking Hong Kong mums a morning off and some much needed “me” time, Guardian Life Management has arranged a special coffee morning meet up focused on improving both physical and mental health. Mums at the meet will be able to pick up tips and tricks on how to take care of themselves from the inside out while enjoying a hot cup of java and a natter with other modern-day matriarchs. There will be a fabulous line-up of industry experts dishing out self-care tips on stress management, nutrition and exercise, showing mamas how to achieve the ultimate peace of mind through physical and emotional health. There will even be a play area and a few helping hands on site to keep the little terrors on lockdown.
