What better way to spend the afternoon than sipping on $45 cocktails on a gorgeous terrace in the heart of Central? Head to Mr Wolf on Queen’s Road and take your pick of discount Lychee Martinis, Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritzes, and Bellinis, as well as beer, wine, and Prosecco. Available every day from 3pm to 9pm, Terrace Happy Hour at this bustling bar is fast becoming our favourite deal.

Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge

If anyone’s in on the rum scene , it’s got to be Honi Honi Tiki Cocktail Lounge, the first tiki bar in Asia. This rum oasis in central takes you far from the busy city once you step into their terrace. With wooden barrels strewn across the floor to match with their wooden interior, bamboo shoots and round sofa booth, all you need is a rum cocktail in hand to complete the picture! From 4pm to 7pm on weekdays the bar offers signature rum cocktails, wines and prosecco all for $50 each.

The Pontiac

You can always count on the Pontiac girls to whip up a storm in a glass for a bargain buck. Head to Ponty Hour (which is actually three hours) at our favourite dive bar from 5pm til 8pm and choose from three quirky cocktails for $50 a pop. Who could resist a rye whiskey-fueled Last Waltz after a long day at work, or a Snake Sour with a Jamaican rum kick? Scotch lovers will love the Hobnail, but if you’re more of a wine drinker, then you’ll be pleased to know that a glass of house wine will only set you back $40.

Lily & Bloom

Head to popular bar Lily & Bloom from 5pm to 8pm on weekdays, and 6pm to 8pm on Saturdays, and enjoy discount drinks, including everything from beer and wine ($40 each) to Hi-Balls ($50), Daiquiris ($60), Negronis ($80), and Manhattans and Martinis (each $100). Finally, not only do we now have a great funky little bar to kick back in amid Causeway Way’s bustling neighbourhood, but we also have a super BOGOF deal on after-work drinks too. Head to WTF and sip on two-for-one house wines and all beers between 4pm and 8pm on Monday to Saturday, and nibble on free pretzels too. Those with more of a sweet tooth can enjoy 20 percent off all house spirits and cocktails which we can confirm taste as amazing as they look – we recommend the Rose Bellini with almond liqueur and Prosecco, or the rum-based Catch Me If You Can. Definitely worth swinging by for!

The restaurant also has different deals every day of the week, such as quiz night on Mondays, all-day happy hour on Tuesdays and free prosecco for all ladies on Wednesdays. We strongly recommend the Parang Punch with coconut rum, Meyer’s Rum, cranberry juice, lime juice, cinnamon sticks, orange, and ginger ale.
