Set Your Monitor and Desktop Height
Sometimes, the way your monitor or desktop is set up can also have an impact. Monitors that are set too low can cause you to slouch to see the screen, creating a greater tendency for you to experience back pain. Set your monitor at (or slightly below) eye level, so that you can look at it comfortably without altering your posture.
Your everyday life in the office may affect your health, so make sure that you are comfortable and you are not experiencing things that may affect your performance or your quality of life.
