Knight Club

Located on the second floor of a serviced apartment complex, the Knight Club is a multi-purpose venue and party room, with packages available for birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, and more. Its flexible offers make this the perfect place to head with a group of friends, with options to self-cater or order food from nearby izakaya Robata Zawazawa. The private room features a high-quality sound system, HDTV, and karaoke equipment. The venue hosts a maximum capacity of 35 people, with prices starting from $600 per hour.

Red Mr

Something of a Hong Kong institution, many a ‘quiet drink or two’ evenings have taken a turn and ended at Red Mr. Eight years on from its opening, it now boasts four locations across Hong Kong and Kowloon, with each location featuring a wide range of Cantopop songs and English-language classics, from chart-toppers to old classics. Food and drink are available to order, and the venue caters to small and large parties. On a weekend, it’s worth booking a room ahead of time, although they do accept walk-ins. Prices start from $75 per person for a standard room, while party rooms require a minimum spend from $1,800 to $2,400 if you really want to push the boat out.

Neway

The global franchise has hosted Hong Kong karaoke nights for over 20 years, with venues on the island and across Kowloon. You could be forgiven for losing track of time here, thanks to its windowless rooms and late-night operating hours. More than just your average song and dance bar, Neway also features darts boards and offers buffet meals in the communal area, plus a wide selection of drinks available to order. Prices range from $79 to $228 per hour.

Clubhouse

Occupying a space spanning over 20,000 square feet, the Clubhouse bar and lounge is divided into two main sections – the main hall, lined floor to ceiling with whiskey bottles, and 16 VIP karaoke rooms, each available for private hire. Guests can opt for an all-you-can-drink package in either area. VIP rooms range in size, while the largest can accommodate up to 50 people. Standard prices start from $250 for women and $300 for men.

Music Box

Boasting Hong Kong’s largest English language karaoke catalogue, Music Box boasts a selection of over 160,000 frequently updated songs in six languages. While it used to have a second location in Causeway Bay, its sole venue in Tsim Sha Tsui now only accepts reservations, so book ahead to avoid disappointment. For groups of three or fewer, karaoke sessions are priced at $200 per hour, while larger groups can opt for a two-hour free-flow package, priced at $300 — bargain!

Sonder

Karaoke venues are notorious for being after-dark time vacuums, but Sonder possesses what few others do – a spacious outdoor seating area. Better still, it offers free beer pong on weekdays from 4pm until 9pm. With four private KTV rooms in the back area, party packages are available, starting at $220 per person for women and $320 per person for men — sexist much!

Blackroom

With three private ‘party room’ venues in Causeway Bay, Blackroom is not just a karaoke bar. With life-sized variations of Twister and Jenga, darts boards, beer pong tables, projectors, and more, this gem is the ultimate activities centre. Rooms are equipped with microphones and sound systems, making this the perfect place for anything from children’s birthday parties to movie nights and big birthday celebrations. We advise checking the venue for an up-to-date list of services and games as they are subject to change. Pricing varies depending on the time and day of the week, and starts from just $35 per hour. Kids under 10 pay half price, while those under 3 years old are free.
