Hidden inside the distinguished Rosewood Hong Kong, this stylish bar provides an intimate and cosy oasis for all the ladies in town, with expert drinks inspired by the hotel’s own botanical garden. Monkey 47 pop-up at Ozone

Critically-acclaimed gin brand Monkey 47 will be climbing to the highest bar in the world, Ozone in Ritz-Carlton, for one month only. Taking the form of a pop-up gin bar, innovative concoctions will be served by Ozone’s bar manager Oscar Mena using this unusual gin from Germany. To complement the Black Forest roots of Monkey 47’s distillery, executive chef Peter Find has created a German-inspired menu to enhance this special experience. Better go check out whatever funny monkey business will be going on! The pop-up runs from October 7 until November 17.

High above on On Lan Street, the Lounge at ZEST by Konishi is the perfect space in which to break up the day, celebrate its end, or prepare for gastronomic indulgence downstairs. The west-facing terrace ensures a stunning way to watch sunsets, with the bar serving complimentary house-made snacks from 5pm-8pm. If you’re a lover of fine whisky, you won’t want to miss the arrival of an eight-bottle, temperature-controlled whisky dispenser from Italy, one of few in the city. Their signature Eau De Mer is served in a seashell with caviar-infused rum, white port, house-made seaweed syrup, and earthy Roots Mastic liqueur, made from a medicinal resin from the Greek island of Chios. Sake-focused liqueurs at SAKETEN

SAKETEN is an intimate boutique for pre- or post-dinner drinks in the heart of Central. Paying homage to traditional sake retail shops, it focuses on one-on-one, individualised service. Featuring sake from ten breweries—hence the name—SAKETEN showcases their curated collection on rotation on a periodic, seasonal basis. Also on the menu are fruit sakes called kajitsushu, enjoyed on the rocks or with soda. It is also one of the few bars outside Japan offering sake on draft, from kegs flown direct from breweries in Japan in temperature-controlled containers.
