In the run-up to Christmas, premium meat delivery specialist Farmer’s Market has some new additions to its offerings for customers celebrating the festive season.
Among the delicious new offering are superior quality Finer De Iberico Spanish Pork from Frimancha in Spain. These mountain-reared Iberian pigs have enjoyed a diet of wheat, corn, barley, leguminous plants, and acorns, giving the meat a delicious flavour, not found elsewhere.
As winter draws near, it’s also the start of hot pot season. To make this enjoyable, family-style dish, Farmer’s Market is offering specially designed packs of wagyu beef, US pork collar, Spanish pork belly, and New Zealand lamb.
By popular demand, the company also now offers a range of British sausages from Broad Oak Farm, which was established in 1927. The range includes beef, pork, pork and sweet onion, as well as meatballs.
