Over the Influence Presents: New Change

By Jenny Leung 16 March 2019

Event Information

START DATE 28 Mar 2019
END DATE 27 Apr 2019
1/F, 159 Hollywood Road, Central Hong Kong Hong Kong
Known as the “Invisible Man”, Chinese artist Liu Bolin is bringing his unique protest art performances, photographs, and sculptures to Hong Kong for the very first time. What first started as an anonymous way to silently protest against the demolition of an artist compound in Beijing – where he painted himself in camouflage to blend into different backgrounds – has now become an internationally recognised series of art performances that shine a light on controversial and political issues around the globe. Captivating, inspiring, and mind-boggling, Liu’s exhibition is one not to be missed.

Jenny Leung

Senior editor

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK, Jenny grew up with the best of both worlds. She loves just about anything to do with music and doesn’t shy away from belting out a tune or two when it comes to karaoke. If she’s not out and about exploring the city and practising her photography skills, she’s probably tucked up in bed with a book or glued to her laptop doing her online shopping.
