TeamX is a group-exercise studio located just 5 minutes away from the Taikoo commercial and residential area.

The studio offers over 20 fitness programs with full 60-minute formats, including programs from internationally popular wellness brand – Les Mills. Other signature programs include Zumba, HIIT, TRX, Stick Mobility, aerial & mat yoga, sound therapy, and more!

Alongside packages and monthly plans, the studio has a pay-per-class model with flexible class packages as well as a no-contract membership catering to people with different lifestyles and workout programs.
