To embrace Halloween in the spookiest manner, Lee Tung Avenue will be throwing three rounds of celebrations, with a Rocky Horror Picture Show Dance Parade presented by Ophelia on October 28, a Halloween Dog Charity Ball on October 29, and a killer fashion show on October 31.
