This award-winning wellness centre in the heart of Central is known for the care that it brings to healing. Its resident practitioners offer a wide range of healing therapies for your wellness. Throughout the year we host internationally acclaimed healers and teachers and our twice monthly newsletter keeps you up to date on events. We also rent our rooms for healing sessions or classes.

We also have regular weekly classes for Qigong, Kundalini Yoga and Guided Meditation, Prenatal and Mom & Baby Yoga, Restorative Yoga. We sell crystals, Rudraksha and Selenite lamps.

Studio rental
We have 3 rooms in various sizes for rent by the hour or day from $200 per hour. The largest seats 30 or takes 15 for yoga.

CranioSacral Therapy
Christine Domingo uses CST to treat headaches, sinusitis, stress, neck and back problems, infant feeding problems, children with ADD.

Bowen Therapy, Dorn Method and Hypnotherapy
Gentle and holistic, Bowen Therapy works on muscles, tendons and nerves while Dorn corrects a misaligned spine.
