Terms & Conditions

1. The Giveaway is organised by Localiiz.com (HK) Limited

2. The prizes are donated by businesses that appear on the Localiiz website.

3. To be eligible for entry, you must be a Hong Kong resident and be 18 years old or over. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving prizes.

4. This giveway is not open to employees of Localiiz.com (HK) Limited. Further, we reserve the right to disqualify any entries that we deem, at our sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the giveway, and in such event any prize, if awarded, must be returned immediately.

5. The winners of the giveaway will be selected at random from the qualifying entries, and our selection of the winners shall be final.

6. The winners will be notified via email within three working days following the draw and will appear on Localiiz.com. Winners must contact the person detailed in the e-mail and arrange for collection of their prize independently from Localiiz.com (HK) Limited.

7. The giveaway prizes are not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions. The winners agree that the cost of, and the responsibility for, complying with such terms and conditions will be borne solely by the winners. Localiiz reserves the right at any time to substitute alternative prizes of similar or greater value. Furthermore, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or supersede all or any part of the giveaway (including altering the prizes) at any tine. No communications will be entered into by us regarding this.

8. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prizes are beyond our control.

9. Entrants agree that we may contact them from time to time with details of offers, prize draws and other marketing information and entrants may notify us if they do not wish to receive such information at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in e-mails.

10. The winner may be requested to participate in related publicity and you agree that, if you become a winner, we may include your details, including your name, photograph and general location, in publicity used by any and all media.

11. Information that entrants supply when registering will be used only in accordance with Localiiz.com (HK) Limited Privacy Policy and these terms.

12. Localiiz does not accept responsibility for entries lost, not received or delayed in transmission. Under no circumstances will Localiiz.com (HK) Limited be liable (except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law) for all or any losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses suffered or caused to the winner/s and/or companions arising from, or in any way connected to, any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the giveaway or any prize connected with the giveaway. Localiiz does not give any warranty, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness for purpose or value of any prize.

13. Entry into the giveaway signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions and of the entry instructions. Localiiz reserves the right to amend all or any part of the terms and conditions of the giveaway at any time.

15. These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Hong Kong law.
