We vary workouts between TRX suspension training, bodyweight tabata, cardio, kettle bells, power bags, yoga and boxing – every week!!
Every fortnight, we run workshops ranging on nutrition advice, body anatomy and how to decrease injury risk, exercise adaptation and more!
As part of the Bikini Fit community, you'll have access to your coaches through a closed Facebook group and 1-1 consultations.
